THE STORY
FROM GOTHENBURG TO STEYR.
I was born in Gothenburg, Sweden, and healthy food, design and everyday culture have always been a part of me.
Even as a child, I always wanted to be the one making the salad in the kitchen. Back then it was simply a part of everyday family life.
Years later after building my life in Austria, that simple love for fresh food slowly turned into something bigger.
The idea for NAIS grew from something simple: fresh food that tastes good, looks good and fits into sometimes stressful everyday life. Salads made fresh in front of you, cold pressed juices, good ingredients and a place that feels uncomplicated, modern and welcoming.
The name NAIS is personal too. It comes from the names of my two children- which makes this project even more special to me.
What started as an idea slowly became something real: NAIS SCANDI SALAD BAR.
We believe that good food doesn´t have to take time.
Fast can still be fresh, healthy and really delicious. That's one of the ideas behind NAIS: Food that fins into real life. Fresh salads, freshly pressed juices- good ingredients and bold flavors- prepared quickly, without feeling like a compromise. Because fueling your body well shouldn't be complicated or take forever.
